Through our Request Fulfillment Program, TRU Partnership responds to needs in our community as identified by individuals and other organizations. These requests vary from simple items like dishes, vacuums, or even a baseball glove, to fully furnishing and equipping homes for individuals or families in need.

One recipient, a woman who had slept on the floor for years, was overjoyed when she received her very own bed. She danced and laughed with excitement, then laid on her new bed, overwhelmed with emotion and cried happy tears.

TRU Partnership brings necessary and joy-enhancing items directly to communities through our Pop-Up Program "Free Stores." These events are held in neighborhood parking lots, community rooms, and other accessible spaces, where we offer free clothing, kitchenware, electronics, décor, craft supplies, holiday items, small furniture, and more.

Beyond providing essentials, we also focus on offering items that add comfort and happiness to people’s lives. Our pop-ups allow us to connect face-to-face with the community, building trust and encouraging individuals to reach out and utilize our Request Fulfillment Program.

TRU Partnership's Drive-Up Program adds a special bonus to deliveries. When we deliver requested items to individuals and families, we also load up our trailer with extra items—similar to those found at our pop-up events with the addition of furniture that would be too difficult to distributed at a Pop-Up Program.

Upon arrival, we invite neighbors to come out and explore the treasures we have brought with us, allowing them to take anything they need, all at no cost. This way, we not only meet specific needs but also spread support throughout the neighborhood, building stronger, more connected communities.
