Most donations are distributed within a few weeks, while a portion is reserved for future needs. We keep a waiting list for items not in stock, and when they become available, we contact recipients to arrange delivery.

For large items like furniture, donors share photos so we can ensure they meet our quality standards and current needs. We also request a financial contribution to help cover the cost of pickup and processing.
